Terms of use
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Troomly is a small in-beta product. Using it means you agree to a handful of common-sense terms below.
The service
Troomly helps you plan trips — saving places, days, lists, budgets, and itineraries. We provide it as-is, without warranty. The product is in active development and features may change.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for anything done under your account. Don’t share your account with people you don’t trust.
Your content
You own the trips, places, notes, and data you enter. We don’t claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you (and to anyone you invite to a shared trip) for the purpose of running the service.
Acceptable use
- Don’t try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don’t use Troomly to harass others or store illegal content.
- Don’t scrape the app or hammer our endpoints. If you need bulk access for a legitimate reason, email us first.
Reporting abuse or copyright
If a public Troomly link points at content you believe infringes your rights or violates our acceptable-use rules, email support@troomly.com with the URL and a description of the issue. For DMCA notices, include the standard 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) elements (identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with its URL, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and a perjury statement signed electronically). We will respond and, where appropriate, take down the content.
No warranty
Troomly is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we can’t promise zero downtime or zero bugs. Back up anything critical (boarding passes, confirmation numbers) somewhere else too.
Termination
You can stop using Troomly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
